Senior Project Manager

Abc Test is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex, and cross-functional projects and raise the bar on delivery practices. The role suits an experienced delivery leader who can own multiple workstreams, manage senior stakeholders, and mentor other project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of large, complex, or multi-workstream projects end-to-end
- Own scope, plans, budgets, and delivery governance across projects
- Manage senior and executive stakeholders and steering committees
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
- Coach and mentor project managers and delivery leads
- Define and improve delivery standards, processes, and reporting
- Drive resource and capacity planning across initiatives
- Ensure quality, timely delivery, and realized business outcomes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of project-management experience including large, complex, cross-functional delivery
- Deep knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proven experience managing budgets, risks, and senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of PM tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills

Preferred: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or advanced Scrum certification; program/portfolio management experience; experience in a services or client-delivery environment.
